We are proud to introduce you to our anhydrite screed a top of the range screed that is easier to use than its traditional counterparts, is inexpensive to use and is available here in Stafford. Utilising modern building methods, our liquid floor screed can be laid with speed and dries quicker than you could imagine.
Our screed is pump poured and can be used for large jobs as well as small ones due to the control we have over the liquid when we pour. The best part is that once it is poured it is self levelling and so you won t need any floor layers to get it into place great for your budget!
The screed is dry within 24-48 hours and can have light traffic over it before it is completely set. The advantage of this is that you can then choose to force dry the rest of the floor or just leave it to dry naturally when you get on with another part of your build.
Anhydrite screed has become the most popular to use with underfloor heating as it is half the depth of traditional screeds meaning that the heat can hit the room much quicker and keep it warmer for longer.
